Returns/Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery.

✦ Please use our returns portal to request return or exchange and when accepted you will receive the return address.

✦ All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip - you must tick next to each product you are returning.

✦ All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.

✦ Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

✦ The rings MUST have the size tag attached (and not tampered with) or your items will be refused and returned back to you.

✦ Returned orders with 10+ items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

✦ Please allow up to 2 weeks from delivery for us to process returns during £10 sale.

Please note

✦ The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable.

✦ If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return.

✦ Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed for service).

If your order is received back outside of the 14 day timeframe we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.

✦ We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please tick on the customs declaration that it is returned goods or there may be further customs charges.

Exchanges

✦ Please use the returns portal to request your exchange. We will try and accommodate all requests (if made within 14 days) but we cannot guarantee stock will be available. 

✦ A £7.99 invoice will be sent to International customers to cover the cost of postage to ship the exchange.
