Essie X Bohomoon Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions 

1. The prize draws are open to all UK ONLY residents aged 18 years or over.        

2. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of Bohomoon or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.       

3. To enter, you must follow the below instructions: 

4. The Prize Draw will begin on Friday the 20th June at 9.00 am and close on Monday 23rd June at 23.59 pm. Any entries outside of this timeframe will not be counted. 

5. Bohomoon do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  

6. One winner will be selected at random and contacted via DM by Bohomoon’s Instagram account. If the competition winner does not respond within 7 days, then Bohomoon have the right to select a new winner. Please be aware of scams and fake accounts – only entries via the Boohmoon giveaway post will be valid. 

7. The winner will receive the below prize:  

X1 Collection of the Essie Riviera Rush Nail Polish (x8 colours in total) plus x8 Bohomoon products of your choice. Goodie bags are excluded from this selection. 

Please note, Bohomoon does not accept any responsibility or liability for the items listed in the bundle that are provided by third party brands as part of any giveaway. Any issues, defects or disputes regarding third party products must be addressed directly with the providing brand.  

8. The prize bundle will be sent to the winner within 2-3 working days of being notified of their win. 

9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. 

10. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.       

11. Bohomoon accept no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred by receipt of the prize associate with the giveaway.     

12. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails customerservice@bohomoon.com within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at customerservice@bohomoon.com In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.
