Returns

Here at Bohomoon, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case:
  • You have 7 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund.
  • Contact us via email customerservice@bohomoon.com with your order number and return request. Please post within 3 working days of request.
  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer (please ensure you use correct postage).
  • All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it arrived in.
  • Once we have received the product, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with.
  • Original postage is non refundable. 
  • If you have received free shipping on your order and the return of goods takes your order total under the threshold for free shipping, this shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returns must include a note inside quoting the order number.
  • Earrings and pierced items can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR A GIFT CARD CREDIT NOTE.
Exchanges
  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request an exchange.
  • Please follow the same steps as a return if you would like an exchange.
  • Ensure you include a note with what you would like to exchange for or we will offer a gift card credit note for the amount. 
  • We will post the new product to you free of charge.
Faulty Goods
  • All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. However, if for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email customerservice@bohomoon.com (we may require photographic evidence, so attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along!)
  • If the item has been broken by the customer and is not a manufacturing issue unfortunately we cannot be held liable.
  • Items showing defect as a result of general wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty. Refunds or replacements will not be offered for accidental damage, instances include: jewellery caught on clothing or plating tarnished due to contact with water.
