Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from our UK based warehouse using Royal Mail services.
  • All tracked orders can be tracked at www.royalmail.com
  • Please allow 3 working days for all orders to be processed and shipped/dispatched.
  • All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched (please check your junk/spam mail if you cannot see it!)

United Kingdom

  • UK untracked standard shipping costs are just £1.99 (no tracking number will be provided to you)
    • Delivery estimate 2-5 working days from dispatch.
  • UK tracked express shipping is £3.99 and the tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
    • Delivery estimate 1-2 working days from dispatch.
  • Free UK tracked express delivery is available on all orders over £50 with code 50FREE (cannot be used in conjunction with other codes).

Rest Of The World

  • Standard untracked international shipping costs £5.99 (no tracking number will be provided to you). Delivery estimate 12-18 working days from dispatch.
  • Tracked express international shipping costs £8.99 and the tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Delivery estimate 5-8 working days from dispatch.
  • Free International tracked express delivery is available on all international orders over £75 with code 75FREE  (cannot be used in conjunction with other codes).

Outside of the EU customers

  • Due to customs in your country (outside of EU) there may be a slight delay on delivery which is out of our control. Once shipped the time frame is out of our hands, but maximum time should be no more than 28 working days.
  • There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order (if you are outside of the EU) by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges.

Further Information

  • If you have not chosen tracked shipping we cannot advise a specific date for delivery or give you a tracking number, though there may be one on file for your order.
  • Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as Bohomoon cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. Thank you.
