Bohomoon ‘Sign Up to Live’ Live Giveaway 

Terms & Conditions 

1. The prize draws are open to all UK ONLY residents aged 18 years or over.        

2. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of Bohomoon or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.       

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.  The giveaway will launch as Bohomoon go live on Tik Tok . To enter, you must follow our Tik Tok account @bohomoonjewellery and sign up to the live mentioned in the Tik Tok video. If you are announced as the winner, you will be messaged by the @bohomoonjewellery account on Tik Tok, you MUST respond stating your full name, address and pick x1 item of Bohomoon jewellery of your choice. 

4. The Prize Draw entry timeframe will depend on when the Tik Tok announcement video is posted and the start time of the Tik Tok live. The live will commence on the 29th of April 2025 from 3pm until 8pm. Winners will be announced live on Tik Tok, any submissions following the announcement of the winner will be invalid. 

5. Bohomoon do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  

6. One winner will be selected at random and announced on the live by Bohomoon. If the competition winner does not respond within 2 weeks, then Bohomoon have the right to invalidate the prize. Please be aware of scams and fake accounts – only entries via the TikTok live will be valid.  

7. The winner may select x1 Bohomoon jewellery design of choice as their prize. Subject to availability. 

8. The winner will need to respond to the DM sent by @bohomoonjewellery to claim their prize. If a winner does not reply within 2 weeks, then the winner will be contacted by Bohomoon customer service.  

9. The prize will be sent to the winner within 2-3 working days of being notified of their win. 

10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. 

11. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.       

12. Bohomoon accept no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred by receipt of the prize associate with the giveaway.     

13. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails customerservice@bohomoon.com within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at customerservice@bohomoon.com In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.          

14. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

15. We can void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.  

16. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.        

Bohomoon have made the decision to not publish the winner’s details on social media channels. For more information on this, please refer to point 13.
