Bohomoon Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 Bohomoon Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom under registration number 09337224, located at Titan House, Euston Way, Town Centre, Telford, England, TF3 4LY.

1.2 Our VAT number is GB212169930.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions govern the selling terms of all orders placed by customer(s) (“you”, “the Customer”) on bohomoon.com or any sub-domains, from order placement through payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before placing an order.

1.5 Bohomoon Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are not retroactive; the version online at the time your order is placed applies.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 By placing an order on the Site, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. The steps to complete your order are:

  • Find the product(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Select your required size and click Add to Cart.
  • When ready, select Checkout.
  • Enter your shipping and billing information.
  • Review your order to ensure all details are correct.
  • Click Pay Now.
  • Receive order confirmation via email to the address you provided.

2.2 If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will email you promptly with an explanation and possible solutions.

2.3 Please check your cart contents and delivery information before pressing Pay Now. You have 30 minutes from placing your order to amend or cancel using the instructions in your order confirmation email; after that it may be processed by our warehouse.

2.4 We may reject or cancel any order, including (without limitation) where:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Couriers cannot deliver to the provided address.
  • Force Majeure.
  • There are misspellings, pricing errors, or other errors on the Site.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices shown on the Site include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates apply per order and depend on delivery location.

3.2 We may update information at any time, including prices, details, and descriptions.

3.3 Accepted payment methods include: Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa (as displayed at checkout). We do not accept cash or cheques.

3.4 All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your payment provider. If authorisation is refused or cannot be obtained, you will be notified during checkout.

4. Pricing Variations

4.1 Currency conversion rates may apply across destination-specific stores.

4.2 We may change prices at any time. Orders placed prior to a change cannot be amended to the revised price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Orders are dispatched from the UK by Royal Mail or InPost; international orders are shipped with FedEx. We aim to dispatch within one working day, subject to demand. Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking (if applicable).

5.2 Delivery options by destination are shown on our Shipping page and at checkout. Fees vary by option selected.

5.3 For UK shipping cut-off times, see our Shipping page.

5.4 Free delivery applies to orders over the threshold shown on the Shipping page. Free delivery uses Standard Delivery unless Express is selected and paid for. Our £1 Shipping promotional offer is fulfilled using tracked 48-hour delivery.

5.5 We perform a pre-authorisation to ensure sufficient funds. Orders dispatch after successful verification and payment capture.

5.6 We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (including customs, strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist activity or threat, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failures of public/private telecom networks).

5.7 If delivered via InPost, you may receive an estimated delivery window from the courier. If events outside our control affect delivery timing, couriers may provide a revised estimate.

5.8 Couriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Click & Collect options may be available 7 days a week.

5.9 Unless otherwise agreed, if we cannot deliver within 30 days of order confirmation, we will notify you, cancel your order, and issue a refund.

5.10 Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you specified, or to a third party nominated by you.

6. Customs

6.1 We cover customs fees on orders under €150 within the EU. Countries outside the EU may levy duties/taxes payable by the recipient. For orders on us.bohomoon.com bound for the USA, tariffs are calculated at checkout.

6.2 If you refuse to pay duties and the order is abandoned, we will attempt to have it returned and refunded; shipping/handling fees may be deducted.

6.3 We must declare the correct value on international shipments and cannot alter this information.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

7.1 You may cancel and return items within 14 days of receipt; you then have 14 days to send them back. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. A £2.99 return shipping fee is deducted. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Earrings cannot be returned, even if packaging is unopened.

7.2 Exchanges may be requested instead of a refund for items of the same full-price value.

7.3 Once your return is received and accepted, we aim to process within 10 working days (Mon–Fri). Allow up to a further 10 working days for funds to reach your original payment method.

7.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

8. Promotions & Offers

8.1 Gift Cards become the customer’s property when issued; they cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, are excluded from sales/discounts, and are digital only.

8.2 One discount code per order. We may refuse or cancel any discount code at any time.

8.3 Promotions may vary across stores.

8.4 Discount codes apply only when correctly entered at checkout.

8.5 Discount codes cannot be used with other discounts/offers and are valid on full-price items only unless otherwise stated.

8.6 Offers and discounts cannot be applied outside the promotional period or backdated.

8.7 All items are subject to availability at the time of order.

9. Lifetime Guarantee & One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

9.1 Lifetime Guarantee (from 1 May 2024) – Covers discolouration/tarnishing under normal wear/care for items purchased on or after this date. We will replace affected items free of charge.

Covered: discolouration/tarnishing under normal use; items purchased on/after 1 May 2024.

Not covered: items purchased before 1 May 2024; manufacturing faults (see 9.2); damage due to misuse, modification, or unreasonable wear and tear.

Bohomoon jewellery is safe for daily wear, including shower, bath, pool, and ocean, and with hand sanitiser, perfume, and lotions. Claims require proof of purchase and issue description sent to Customer Service.

9.2 One-Year Manufacturing Warranty – Covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase (e.g., broken chains/clasps, missing stones, faulty fastenings). Does not cover tarnishing (see Lifetime Guarantee), misuse/accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Claims require proof of purchase and issue description.

9.3 Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Nature of the Goods

10.1 Your statutory rights apply. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

10.2 We are under a legal duty to supply goods in conformity with this contract.

10.3 Packaging may differ from images shown on the Site.

10.4 While we aim for accuracy:

  • Weights, sizes, and measurements may have minor tolerances; and
  • Colours displayed on your device may vary from actual colours.

11. Complaints

11.1 We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly. Please visit our Contact Us page to reach our team.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1 Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 Bohomoon Ltd owns all intellectual property rights on the Site and its published materials. Works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.

13.2 A temporary, non-transferable licence permits personal, non-commercial viewing of materials. You may not modify/copy materials, use them commercially/publicly, decompile/reverse-engineer software, remove proprietary notices, or mirror materials elsewhere. This licence terminates upon breach and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination, destroy downloaded materials in any format.

14. Limitation on Our Liability

14.1 Except where liability cannot be excluded in law (e.g., death/personal injury) or under applicable data protection laws, we are not responsible for:

  • Losses not foreseeable when the contract was formed;
  • Losses not caused by our breach;
  • Business losses; or
  • Losses to non-consumers.

15. Disputes

15.1 We aim to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with your goods or our service, please contact us using the details above.

15.2 The laws of England and Wales apply, without prejudice to mandatory protections in your country of residence.

15.3 Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live).

16. Third Parties & Security

16.1 Only parties to this contract may enforce its terms.

16.2 We take reasonable steps to secure payment information via encrypted mechanisms. In the absence of our negligence, breach of contract, breach of our Privacy Policy, or breach of applicable laws, we are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised third-party access.

17. Paying with Klarna

17.1 In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer “Pay Later” options. Your personal data is handled in accordance with data protection laws and Klarna’s privacy notice. Bohomoon Ltd acts as an introducer, not a lender, of unregulated credit products provided exclusively by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is available to permanent UK residents aged 18+, subject to status. T&Cs apply. The following products are not regulated by the FCA: “Pay in 30 Days” and “Pay in 3 instalments”. Borrow responsibly; late/missed payments may affect your credit status.

18. Paying with Clearpay

18.1 Clearpay allows payment over 4 instalments due every two weeks. Eligibility: permanent UK residents (excl. Channel Islands), fixed UK address, aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply (see Clearpay Finance Ltd). Ensure repayments are made on time to avoid late fees. Missing a payment incurs a £6 late fee; a further £6 fee may apply if still overdue after 7 days (for orders > £24). Non-payment may be referred to a debt collection agency and may affect future Clearpay use. Use Clearpay responsibly.


Missing Items Policy

Eligibility

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this time may not be accepted.

Assessment of Claim

Our Customer Experience team will review your claim and may request photos of the packaging, packing slip or outer box.

Resolution Options

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Store credit for the value of the missing item
  • Replacement despatch of the missing item(s)

Replacement Item Conditions

  • Replacement items are non-refundable
  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only
  • Cannot be returned for a cash refund

Limitations

  • Cash refunds are not available for missing-item claims
  • Claims must match items listed on your order confirmation and packing slip

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse claims where suspicious activity is detected or where sufficient evidence is not provided.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to this Missing Items Policy.

Amendments

Bohomoon may update or amend this policy at any time without notice.

Terms & Conditions - The Black Friday Weekend Giveaway 

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.

  2. Employees and relatives of Bohomoon Ltd or parties associated with the prize draw administration are ineligible.

  3. No purchase necessary, entries must be submitted on the competition landing page.

  4. Prize ends at midnight on the 2nd December

  5. We are not responsible for technical failures preventing entry.

  6. Winner selected at random via automated process. Duplicate/fraudulent/ineligible entries may be disqualified. Winner contacted via the supplied email or social handle. If no response within 7 days, we may select a new winner. Beware of scams—only entries via the official landing page are valide.

  7. Prize: 1× Bohomoon Advent Calendar (Worth £350) and 1× £150 Bohomoon gift card 

  8. Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. We may replace with an item of equal/higher value.

  9. By entering, you consent to Bohomoon contacting you regarding the prize draw. Marketing emails are only sent if you opted in. See our Privacy Policy.

  10. Our decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. We accept no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred upon receipt of the prize.

  12. We must publish or make available the winner’s surname and county. Email customerservice@bohomoon.com within one month of the closing date to request this. If you object, contact us; we may still provide details to the ASA if requested.

  13. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may refuse entry or award in the event of breach.

  14. We may void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if necessary.

  15. Governing law: England and Wales. Proceedings must be brought in UK courts.

Terms & Conditions - Declining Discount Event 

  1. Promotion Details

    This promotion offers a declining discount of up to 40% off selected products across the Bohomoon website. The level of discount may reduce throughout the promotional period. Selected products are included, and some exclusions apply.

  2. Discount Application

    Discounts will be applied at checkout using code: XMAS. The discount applied may vary depending on the time of purchase during the promotional period.

  3. Product Exclusions

    Certain products are excluded from this promotion. Excluded items will not receive a discount.

  4. Non-Combination

    This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or bundle.

  1. This promotion is available to UK customers only and applies only to selected discounted gift cards purchased on the Bohomoon UK website (www.bohomoon.com).

  2. The following discounted gift cards are included in this promotion:
    • £50 Gift Card with a value of £60

    • £80 Gift Card with a value of £100

  3. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.

  4. Customers may purchase a maximum of one (1) discounted gift card per order. Multiple discounted gift cards cannot be purchased in the same transaction.

  5. Gift cards are issued digitally via email and can be redeemed online on the Bohomoon UK website only.

  6. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.

  10. By purchasing a discounted gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Bohomoon Brr Basket Giveaway

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.

  2. Employees of Bohomoon, their relatives, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

  3. To enter the prize draw, you must complete all of the following steps:

  8. These Terms & Conditions and the promotion are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings must be brought within the courts of the United Kingdom.

  13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
