United Kingdom Returns

  • We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not, you have the right to cancel and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Once you tell us you’d like to return something, you then have another 14 days to send it back. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Please use our returns portal to request a return or exchange. You’ll be able to download a return label or receive a QR code. A £2.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Rings must have the size tag attached and untampered with, otherwise the return will be sent back to you.

  • For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on any earrings, even if the packaging hasn’t been opened. This is to protect the safety of our staff and customers.

  • Please allow up to 4 working days from the date we receive your return for processing. During sale periods, this may take up to 7 working days.

International Returns

  • Please use our returns portal to request return or exchange.

  • A £7.99 invoice will be sent to international customers to cover the cost of postage to ship the exchange.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (for international we suggest using a local courier) & original postage is non refundable.

  • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return.

  • Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed for service).

  • If your order is received back outside of the 28 day timeframe we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.

  • We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.

  • If you are returning goods from outside the UK please tick on the customs declaration that it is returned goods or there may be further customs charges.

Please use our returns portal to request your exchange. We will try and accommodate all requests (if made within 14 days) but we cannot guarantee stock will be available

Black Friday Price Promise

Our Black Friday prices are locked in. Therefore, if you purchase a product from our website in the Black Friday Sale between 31st of November 2025 and 1st December 2025 at 23:59, and the same product is subsequently offered at a lower price on our website during this period, we will refund you the difference as part of our ‘Black Friday Price Drop Guarantee’. To be eligible, the product must be identical in model and specifications, and the lower price must be a genuine reduction available on our website. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the price reduction, and we reserve the right to verify the purchase and the price before issuing any refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
