"Fantastic customer service and support, I made a typing error at the checkout and inputted the wrong postcode. Once I realised, Panic mode set in. I thought I was never going to see my goodies or be eligible for a refund because it was all my fault for being a silly sausage. The customer service team were so helpful and reassured me once the parcel was located and returned to them, that I would then resent out to me and I’d have my lovely goodies. Communication was great, and I received regular updates and within a short time I received my order. I’m so happy with everything. The quality of my new jewellery is amazing. I’m super impressed and have had lots of compliments when wearing it. I’ll definitely be buying some more bits for myself and already know what I’m buying for my friends and family this Christmas.
